At Oeuf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure smooth processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
